MOXI + BBL HERO Laser Treatment – 1 Session
Dual-Mode Renewal • Tone & Texture • Minimal Downtime
This premium laser treatment pairs MOXI, a non-ablative fractionated 1927 nm laser, with BBL HERO, an advanced broadband light platform. Together they provide comprehensive correction of sun damage, pigmentation, redness, uneven tone, texture irregularities, early aging signs and overall skin revitalization.
All purchases can only be used in clinic after a consultation with one of our licensed and highly experienced estheticians and/or nurse injectors at The Saint Louis Med Spa located at 525 S. Hanley Road, Saint Louis, MO 63105.
What It Can Achieve
- Visible improvement in pigmentation / sun spots / age spots through the BBL HERO light pulses.
- Significant enhancement of texture, fine lines and skin tone via the MOXI fractionated laser.
- A synergistic effect: using both treatments in one session allows an optimal “one-stop” renewal—targeting both superficial (BBL) and mid-depth (MOXI) skin issues.
- Minimal downtime, allowing patients to resume normal activities sooner compared with more aggressive resurfacing.
The Treatment Process
- After consultation and skin assessment, protective eyewear is issued and the skin cleansed.
- The BBL HERO handpiece is used across the treatment area to target tone, redness and pigment.
- Immediately after (or in the same session) MOXI laser is delivered to refine texture and tone.
- A typical full-face session may take approx 12-15 minutes (excluding numbing/cooling).
- Post-care: Mild redness or warmth may be experienced. Makeup is often possible within 24 hours; full healing as surface micro-channels recover over the next few days.
Ideal Candidate
- Someone noticing uneven skin tone, sun damage, fine lines, early signs of aging, or who wants to maintain youthful skin (pre-juvenation).
- Suitable for nearly all skin types, though consultation is required for darker or tans as issues can arise with pigmentation.
- Those looking for a significant improvement without the extended downtime or risk of aggressive ablative resurfacing.
Important Notes & Aftercare
- Sun protection is essential before and after treatment to prevent new damage and support results.
- Usually, a series of 2-4 treatments spaced appropriately may be recommended for optimal and long-lasting outcomes.
- Temporary side-effects may include mild redness, warmth, maybe “sand-paper” feel or small micro-dots from the fractionated laser; typically brief.
- Avoid recent heavy tanning, active sunburn, or certain skin conditions; full medical/intake screening required.
