Our cheek filler treatment is a non-surgical, in-office injectable procedure using advanced dermal fillers to restore volume, sculpt the midface, and highlight your cheekbones for a refreshed, youthful appearance. Clinicians inject into the cheek and mid-face region to improve contour, elevate sunken areas and smooth nasolabial folds.  This purchase is for qty (1) syringe of lip filler only.  All purchases can only be used in clinic after a consultation with one of our licensed and highly experienced nurse injectors at The Saint Louis Med Spa located at 525 S. Hanley Road, Saint Louis, MO 63105.

Each patient is different and may require more or less syringes to achieve desired results.  The typical cheek filler service requires 2-3 syringe to achieve results.  Any additional syringes will be at an additional cost.  If additional syringes are purchased but are not required to be used for desired result, this can be saved for future use or refunded upon approved request.

The Treatment Process

1. Consultation – We assess your facial anatomy, volume loss, aesthetic goals, and review suitable filler products (e.g., Hyaluronic Acid, Calcium Hydroxylapatite) tailored for mid-face use.
2. Treatment – After cleansing and numbing the area, filler is precisely injected into the cheekbones, submalar region or desired mid-face sites using needles or cannulas. Typical session duration: 15-45 minutes.
3. Aftercare – Mild swelling or bruising may occur; apply cold compresses and avoid strenuous exercise for 24-48 hours. Most patients resume regular activities immediately.
4. Results & Duration – Volume and shape are visible right away; optimal contour appears within 1-2 weeks as swelling settles. Results typically last from 6 months depending on filler type and individual metabolism.

Important Notes & Safety

• All injectable treatments should be administered by one of our licensed and highly trained  nurse injectors with a thorough knowledge of facial anatomy.
• Potential side effects include bruising, swelling, redness or mild tenderness at injection sites; serious complications (such as vascular occlusion) are rare but require immediate attention.
• Avoid undergoing treatment if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have significant bleeding disorders, or active infection at the injection site.
• Follow recommended after-care instructions carefully, including avoiding heavy pressure, massage or strenuous physical activity in the first 48 hours.
