At The Saint Louis Med Spa, we reserve dedicated appointment time specifically for each client. To help us provide the best possible service and respect the time of our providers, a $50 deposit is required when booking an appointment.

Cancellations or Rescheduling More Than 24 Hours in Advance
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. Your $50 deposit may be refunded or applied toward a future appointment, as applicable.

Cancellations or Rescheduling Within 24 Hours
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, your $50 deposit will be retained and applied as the cancellation fee. The deposit will not be credited toward a future appointment.

No-Shows
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not provide notice will forfeit their $50 deposit.

By booking an appointment with The Saint Louis Med Spa, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy and authorize the applicable $50 cancellation fee when required under this policy.
